LED heatsinks, lamp housings and thermal parts for architectural and industrial lighting

Overview
Heatsinks are a thermal problem before they are a mechanical one. We cast dense-fin geometries with high thermal conductivity, hold fin thickness uniformity across the profile and keep thermal interface surfaces flat enough for reliable long-term contact.
What we control
- Fin thickness uniformity within ±0.1 mm
- High-thermal-conductivity alloys available
- Anodising for corrosion resistance and decorative finishes
- Mould flow analysis for complete filling of dense fin arrays
Typical specifications
- Material
- ADC12 · A1070-grade thermal alloys
- Part weight
- 0.1 – 5 kg
- Achievable tolerance
- ±0.05 mm
- Surface treatment
- Anodising · Sand blasting · Liquid painting · Polishing
Specification ranges depend on geometry and volume. Send a drawing and we will confirm what is achievable for your part.
