Precision Power Tool Components
Gear housings, motor end covers and structural castings for professional power tools
⤢

Overview
Professional power tools run hot, vibrate hard and take years of abuse. We cast and machine the structural aluminium parts that hold them together — gear housings, motor end covers, hammer and gearbox components — with wall thickness held constant and bearing seats machined to fit on the first assembly.
What we control
- Thin-wall die casting from 1.2 mm with consistent filling
- Bearing bores and mating faces machined in one fixture
- Vibration-resistant structures validated before tooling release
- Coating and anodising lines for scratch-resistant finishes
Typical specifications
- Material
- ADC12 · A360 · EN AC-46000
- Part weight
- 0.05 – 3.5 kg
- Achievable tolerance
- ±0.02 mm
- Surface treatment
- Sand blasting · Anodising · Powder coating · Passivation
Specification ranges depend on geometry and volume. Send a drawing and we will confirm what is achievable for your part.
