Overview
Servo motors are judged by concentricity, thermal behaviour and silence. We die cast the housings and end caps, then machine stator bores, bearing seats and mounting flanges so run-out stays inside the tolerance your drive performance depends on.
What we control
- Stator bore roundness monitored per batch with CMM reports
- Integrated cooling fins cast in one piece — no welding
- Leak-tight enclosures verified by air-decay testing
- Vacuum-assisted casting for low porosity in thin sections
