ShunKing Precision Casting (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.

Manufacturing capabilities

Engineering and manufacturing under one roof

Mould design, fixture design, precision machining and mould flow analysis are all in-house. That is what keeps lead times short and quality predictable.

Core advantages

What customers consistently mention when they audit us: people who stay, equipment that is complete, and processes that are documented.

  • A professional, stable engineering team — average tenure counted in years, not months

  • Complete in-house equipment: die casting, CNC, surface treatment, inspection

  • First-class product quality control with documented inspection at every gate

  • Competitive quotations built on transparent process costing

  • 35 years of aluminium precision component experience across very different industries

  • Management systems aligned to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and OHSAS 18001

  • Manufacturing scale that keeps expanding, with overseas capacity planning in progress

  • Cost control that fits both high-volume programmes and low-volume specialist work

01 · Manufacturing capabilities

Mould design

In-house mould design supported by flow simulation and a library of proven structures. Gating, cooling and ejection are planned before a single cavity is cut, so the tool reaches stable production faster.

  • Flow and solidification simulation before tooling release
  • Balanced runner and cooling design for cycle-time stability
  • Structure patents in die casting mould design
  • Design review with the customer at every milestone

02 · Manufacturing capabilities

Fixture design

Fixtures decide whether a good casting becomes a good part. We design dedicated and modular fixtures for positioning, clamping and leak or functional testing, then verify repeatability with capability studies.

  • One-piece flow machining fixtures for repeatable setups
  • Poka-yoke features that make wrong loading impossible
  • Fixture repeatability verified before mass production
  • In-house fixture making for fast iteration

03 · Manufacturing capabilities

Precision machining

Dedicated CNC cells handle sealing faces, bearing bores, threads and interfaces. In-process gauging and CMM verification keep critical dimensions inside tolerance across the whole batch, not just the first article.

  • 3-, 4- and 5-axis machining with pallet automation
  • In-process probing on critical features
  • CMM reports issued per lot on request
  • Deburring and cleanliness routines before packing

04 · Manufacturing capabilities

Mould flow analysis

Simulation is our cheapest prototype. Filling, solidification, air entrapment and warpage are predicted in software so the first steel cut is already close — reducing trial shots, cost and time to market.

  • Filling and solidification analysis for every new die
  • Air-entrapment and porosity prediction
  • Warpage study for flatness-critical parts
  • Simulation results shared with the customer before cutting steel

Manufacturing process

From drawing review to packed delivery

Eight controlled stages, each with its own inspection gate. You always know which step your programme is on and what comes next.

  1. Step 01

    Design & DFM review

We start from your drawing or sample, then return manufacturability feedback on wall thickness, drafts, tolerances and cost drivers.

  2. Step 02

    Mould design & simulation

Gating, cooling and ejection are designed, then validated by mould flow analysis before the steel is cut.

  3. Step 03

    Mould making

In-house mould making with hardened tool steels, documentable timeline and trial-shot verification.

  4. Step 04

    Die casting

Cold-chamber die casting machines from 160 t to 1,600 t, with vacuum assistance for pressure-tight parts.

  5. Step 05

    Deburring & trimming

Trimming dies, tumbling and manual finishing to prepare parts for a stable machining setup.

  6. Step 06

    CNC machining

Sealing grooves, bearing bores, threads and interfaces machined in dedicated cells with in-process gauging.

  7. Step 07

    Surface treatment

Blasting, anodising, electrophoresis, powder and liquid coating through controlled and audited partners.

  8. Step 08

    Inspection, packing & delivery

Final inspection against the control plan, then protective packing and shipping — air, sea or consolidated.

Quality & systems

Certified systems behind every delivery

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949 and OHSAS 18001 management systems support process control, traceability and continuous improvement.
